Información de contacto

Email is the fastest way to reach us — hello@mogadoro.com

We are a small team and we answer every message ourselves. Most emails get a reply within one business day. Email us about orders, returns, sizing, custom rug commissions and wholesale.

If you are writing about an existing order, include your order number and we can answer in one reply instead of three.

Phone — +1 409 934 7142

We are a small team in a workshop, so email usually reaches us faster. If you call and we miss you, leave a message with your order number and we will call you back.

Who we are

Mogadoro LLC is a United States company. Our goods are made by hand by artisan workshops in Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains, held in our own warehouse in Marrakech, and shipped to you directly from Morocco. We buy from the workshops we name on our About page — nothing is drop-shipped from a third-party catalogue.
