Where we ship
We ship from our own warehouse in Marrakech, Morocco, to nineteen countries with DHL and FedEx: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not on that list we cannot ship to you yet, and checkout will tell you before you enter any payment details.
Processing time
All our items are handmade. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it is dispatched.
Delivery time after dispatch
Every order ships Standard Tracked with DHL or FedEx from our warehouse in Marrakech:
- 5–8 business days to the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe.
- 7–14 business days to Australia and New Zealand.
Free and paid shipping use the same service and the same delivery times.
What shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order over €150 / $150, to all nineteen countries we ship to. Below that it is calculated at checkout: €20 anywhere in Europe, $24 to the USA and Canada, $35 to Australia and New Zealand.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Customs and import taxes
Goods ship from Morocco. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay us, we cannot estimate them in advance, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
