About us

From the Heart of Morocco to Your Modern Home.

The Mogadoro Story

Mogadoro was born from a simple love affair with the timeless beauty of Moroccan craftsmanship. "Mogador" is the ancient name of Essaouira, a city where the wind meets the Atlantic, and where artisans have been weaving magic into materials for centuries.

We believe that your home should tell a story. It shouldn't just be filled with things, but with pieces that have soul, texture, and history.

Honoring the Artisan

Every jute bag, leather pouf, and hand-knotted rug in our collection is crafted by hand, not machines. We work directly with master artisans (Maalems) in Marrakesh and beyond, ensuring that the age-old techniques of tanning, weaving, and dyeing are preserved.

When you choose Mogadoro, you aren't just buying decor; you are supporting a community of makers and keeping a heritage alive.

Slow Living, Sustainable Design

We embrace the beauty of imperfection. The variations in the leather grain or the slight twist in the jute weave are not flaws—they are the fingerprints of the hands that made them. We use natural, locally sourced materials that age beautifully over time, just like the land they come from.

Welcome to the family. Mogadoro.
