Where we ship

We ship from our warehouse in Marrakech to nineteen countries via DHL and FedEx: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States. If your country is not on this list, we cannot ship to you yet – checkout will tell you before you enter any payment details.

Processing time

Every order is handmade, then prepared and packed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch

Every order ships Standard Tracked: 5–8 business days to the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe, and 7–14 business days to Australia and New Zealand. Free and paid shipping use the same service and the same delivery times.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order over €150 / $150, to all nineteen countries we ship to. Below that it is calculated at checkout: €20 anywhere in Europe, $24 to the USA and Canada, $35 to Australia and New Zealand.

Customs and import taxes

Goods ship from Morocco. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot estimate them in advance.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
