The pouf is the heart of the Moroccan living room — and every one of ours is made the slow way, by a single artisan working from start to finish. Our round and square leather poufs are cut from genuine, vegetable-tanned hide and finished with fine tonal stitching, while our kilim and Beni Ourain styles bring handwoven wool and natural dyes into the mix. Use one as a footstool beside an armchair, as extra seating when guests arrive, or as a warm anchor in a minimalist room.

To keep shipping affordable, most poufs arrive as unstuffed covers with a bottom zipper — fill them generously with old blankets, clothing or poly-fill for a firm, structured seat. Because each piece is handcrafted, small variations in tint and embroidery are the signature of a human maker, not a flaw. Naturally tanned, responsibly made, and built to soften beautifully with age.
