Refund policy

Return Window & Eligibility: We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact condition you received it—unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return: Please contact us at hello@mogadoro.com to start your return. Once your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items shipped back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping: If you have changed your mind and the item arrived correct and undamaged, you cover the cost of sending it back. We will email you a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund, so you never pay anything up front — you will see the exact amount before you agree to it.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we cover the return in full. Nothing is deducted, and we will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. Email us a photograph and we will sort it out.

Returns cross an international border, so return postage is not cheap. We would rather tell you that plainly than surprise you with it after you have posted the parcel.

Where to Send It: Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the process for your order. Returns are received at our warehouse: 35A Massira 1, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can step in and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items: Due to the artisanal nature of our collection, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

• Custom or personalized products (such as specific dimensions, unique leather finishes, or custom embroidery).

• Final sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges: The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once that return is approved and processed, you can place a separate order for the new piece.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Standard eligibility requirements (unused condition, original packaging) still apply.

Refund Processing: We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
