Mogadoro Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted pieces! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@mogadoro.com to initiate your return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom & Personalized Products: Any item that has been customized, special-ordered, or personalized (such as specific color requests, added custom pockets, or embroidered initials/logos) cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at hello@mogadoro.com.
