The Bab — Studded Suede Hobo Bag

In the old medina of Marrakech, the doors are studded by hand: rows of nail heads hammered into wood, part strength and part decoration. The Bab takes its name from them. Bab is the Arabic word for door.

It's cut from genuine suede leather in a soft, slouchy hobo shape that settles against your shoulder. The studs are set by hand in a double border of large and small domes. The pattern follows the edges, runs along the base, and continues up the strap, so the bag looks as good from the side as from the front.

Inside, it's built for daily use. There's a zip pocket for keys and cards, two open pockets for your phone and sunglasses, and a magnetic snap that keeps everything closed without fuss.
